How do I place an order?

Click on the button of the corset in the material style and colour of your choice, complete the payment information requested. Next return to the corset page and click on the telephone symbol and complete the order form confirming your corset style number and size remember to order 2 - 4 inches (50 - 100mm) smaller than your actual waist measurement.

You also need to confirm material choice and colour. Please call or email if you experience any difficulties

How do I order a made to measure corset?

Go to the Sales and Enquiries page and fill in the information requested and send it to us, alternitively you can ring us with your measurements information we contact you with the price for each style requested.

Is it safe to order on-line?

Yes. With Pay Pal encryption technology used, a secure transfer of your payment details is ensured. Your payment details remain safe and are at no point accessible to so-called "hacker attacks" or subject to online misuse. We never pass any of your personal details to a third party.

 

Will you pass my details to anyone else?

We guarantee that we will definitely NOT pass any of your details on to a third party. All details gathered through our website are used internally with the sole aim of improving communication between you, the customer, and Miss Terry Corset Company.

 

How do I take care of my corset?

Hand wash only in luke warm water. For best results, dry clean only.

 

 

What happens if I want to exchange my corset or have a refund?

As long as the corset is returned within 14 days of receipt, is in perfect condition and still has the security tag attached, we will exchange it or give you a full refund of the value of the corset. The corset should be tried on over a t-shirt or vest to prevent any marking to the corset.

 

How do I lace the corset?

All of our corsets are shipped fully laced and complete with lacing instructions.

 

How does the corset fasten?

All of our corsets are front fastening and back lacing. Lacing instructions are included with every corset. Should you experience difficulties, please contact us on 01752 516619 or send us an email.

 

How do I know which style will suit me?

Over bust corsets come in two main styles those that cup your bust and those that flatten and push up.The 1904 and 1106 are two corset styles and hold your bust in place and are a good choice for first time wearers or ladies with a larger cup size, if in doubt a made to measure corset might be a good option or come in and try some samples on.

What size should I order?

Corsets are ordered by waist size. If purchasing a corset for the first time, please order a waist size 2-4 inches (5-10cm) smaller than your natural waist size.

 

What material can I have?

Each individual corset has details of the materials available for the particular style you are viewing. You can also view our range of fabrics from the Material menu by choosing the "fabrics and colours" section. Whilst not all of the styles are available in all of the fabrics, if you see a fabric that is not listed with the style you like, please contact us to discuss your requirements on 01752 516619 or send us an email. 

 

How long will my order take?

Orders received before mid-day will be sent within 5 days Monday to Thursday. This is a next day service for all UK, mail order, customers, with FREE DELIVERY. Orders from outside of the UK will cost £10. If we are out of stock it will be shipped as soon as possible for next day delivery. 

We will send you an email or ring / text you as soon as your corset is dispatched.

What does the 'u' stand for after the corset number?

The styles ending with 'U' do not have a lace trim on them.
